Our sorting procedure is continuously optimized by Machine Learning algorithms that suggest the optimal positioning of the products based on the rotation speed.

Strategic product positioning allows us to fulfill a hig volume of orders every day. The use of hardware devices allows for safe and precise picking.

PACKING

Packing is not a simple packaging procedure.
Unboxing is the real first contact between company and customer. We customize the packing according to your needs. Inserting gadgets and gifts, printing documents, labeling, stickers and fragrances, can make the sensory experience of unboxing unique.

We have different types of packaging and we can make specifics depending on the type of product.
Orders are packaged to ensure the integrity of the goods during transport.
The choice of packaging is made through an optimized system that suggests the best size to obtain the containment of shipping costs for the purpose of volumetric weight.

DELIVERY

thanks to agreements with the best Italian and foreign carriers, we are able to guarantee our customers the lowest rates on the market. We manage continuous, insured, scheduled and cash on delivery shipments. We take care of the entire return process, from booking the collection of the goods to the customer's address to checking the condition upon arrival and then evaluating the reconditioning or disposal of the goods.
We also provide large volume shipping services to and from B2B (Business-to-Business) sullpliers and customers.

We also have strong know-how in the shipping and acceptance procedure of goods for Amazon FBA (Fulfilled-By-Amazon) customers.

CUSTOMER CARE

With the support of professional photographers and videomakers we can create multimedia photo and video contents of the goods hosted in our warehouses. We have a shooting room equipped for the creation of still-life and/or advertising material for advertising campaigns.

In addition to customer assistance for the management of returns, we can take care of any reconditioning or disposal of the returned goods.

With the customer it is possibile to define guidelines so that a product can be reconditioned or necessarily disposed of.

In addition to standard shipments, we can also take care of COD management, allowing the customer to ship the goods with the payment method on delivery (either by cash or by check).

With the support of our suppliers we can take care of providing customers with advice on packaging design for both technical and emotional purposes (unboxing experience).
